Rania B. Kudsi – Founder￼
Rania B. Kudsi She is the founder of Global HCI for Consultancy & Training. She is a global recruitment consultant at the Norwegian Refugee Council, has more than 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, Training, and Leadership in the private, Humanitarian, and NGO sectors.
Rania is a passionate HR, Career Counselor, Global Recruitment Consultant, and Certified Trainer, she is also a Certified Employer Branding professional and holding a certificate in Gender Diversity Management. Rania Kudsi also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Training of Trainers in the Humanitarian Sector. Rania is also a member of Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) which are a set of Principles offering guidance to businesses on how to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace, and community. Established by UN Global Compact and UN Women.
She has delivered many training in Jordan, Palestine, and UAE enhancing employees’ and leaders’ competencies, and is working as a Global Recruitment consultant at Norwegian Refugee Council, managing recruitment processes for the senior managerial levels covering a wide range of countries worldwide.
Throughout her experience she trained, coached, and mentored managers and HR to build their capacities in leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision making, in addition to human resources, mentorship, and building team skills, in the banking, private and public sectors, in Jordan, UAE, Palestine, and Syria, working with NGOs, donors, and trustees.
She is a strong believer in Women’s rights. She is the founder of Empower Women to Lead the change program which concentrates on strengthening women’s capacities in leadership skills, self-worth, and self-confidence, in addition to tackling the obstacles and challenges women are facing trying to engage both genders in empowering the community in Jordan and Globally. She started her career advisory profession out of her passion to help Job seekers find their dream jobs and build their career paths. Based on finding a huge gap between Employers and Job Seekers, and out of believing that she can unpack their potentials by building their capacity and preparing them to be considered as the Top Talents in the market.
