I haven't worked long with Rania, but from what i saw, was absolute professionalism and amazing follow up skills. You don’t find that much in people these days follow up skills, but Rania can easily identify a customer’s needs and do whatever it takes to provide those needs, especially in recruitment which to many HR professionals is a nightmare, but it is easier and interesting when you find someone experienced enough to give you what you want without explaning what you actually need.
